The Vallone family would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our "Vallone's" quality Italian bakery products. Our product line includes Italian butter style cookies, frozen bake-off pastries, a large variety of cannoli shells, cannoli cream, tart shells, a variety of sfogiatelle doughs for bakers, and other items. Vallone's Inc., based in Carteret, New Jersey, is a privately owned family business. Vallone's family tradition of manufacturing quality bakery products are sold throughout the Mid-Atlantic States. Vallone's Inc. manufactures Vallone's baked products, private label, and can contract packaging for any customer who desires special needs. Vallone's is also a certified kosher bakery.
